Job Summary

At Soliant Education, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide academic support services to students in the greater Chesterfield area. As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will play a vital role in helping students develop the skills they need for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, promoting their overall growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create supportive and effective learning environments, fostering a culture of inclusivity and academic excellence.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups, leveraging your expertise to address their unique needs and challenges.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and academic achievement.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of South Carolina, demonstrating your ability to practice in the state and adhere to its regulations.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), highlighting your dedication to excellence and ongoing professional development.
