Concrete Foreman

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team in Minnesota. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of concrete flatwork, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of concrete installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete flatwork installation.
• Proven track record of leading and managing construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques and industry standards.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
