We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a safe and timely manner, utilizing evidence-based practices and best nursing skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient rehabilitation and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments to the care plan as needed.
- Administer medications, provide education, and monitor patient progress, ensuring seamless communication with the patient's primary care physician.
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Current unrestricted registration and licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
- One year of nursing experience in a patient care setting, with a preference for home health, geriatrics, or related settings.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
- Current CPR certification.
