As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for assisting the firm's principals and senior attorneys in all aspects of real estate litigation, including construction defect, land use, and zoning disputes.

We are looking for an attorney with 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation, preferably in the state of Massachusetts. Your exceptional legal research and writing skills, combined with your ability to independently analyze complex legal issues, will make you a valuable asset to our team. Additionally, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively work with clients and colleagues alike.

As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from construction defect claims to land use disputes. You will also be responsible for drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, conducting written discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
