Freelance Interior Stager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Freelance Interior Stager to join our team at My Nest Is The Best, a reputable home staging and interior design business based in Frederick, Maryland.

This part-time position requires approximately 25+ hours of work per week, typically between 10:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. As a Freelance Interior Stager, you will be responsible for developing cohesive staging plans, selecting furniture, art, and accessories that meet our company's brand standards, and communicating these plans to our staging team.

• Design and Installation: Create comprehensive staging designs, including color palettes, furniture, art, and accessory arrangements that showcase properties' best features.
• Inventory Management: Update selections in our inventory management system to ensure accurate tracking and efficient project execution.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with pulling, packing, and loading staged items for transport, as well as unloading and unpacking items at destinations.
• Property Staging: Collaborate with the staging team to install and style properties, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to our brand standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and an understanding of basic design principles. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted or higher weight with assistance are also required.
