About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Display Merchandising Specialist to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store merchandising services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Display Management: Build and maintain our displays to ensure maximum visibility and appeal to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and foster strong relationships with store employees and managers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for 8-10 hours a day, stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull, lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders.
  • Communication and Reporting: Access and use mobile apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
  • Driving and Transportation: This is a driving role that requires the use of a personal vehicle. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Smartphone with Mobile App Capability
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
