We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image quality
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
- Registered Computerized Tomography Technician certification
- Vocational School Graduate
