LPN Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Supervisor to join our team at Highline Post Acute. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for managing nursing functions and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed
  • Lead and supervise a team of LPNs to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO
  • Nurse management experience
