The ideal candidate will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area according to safety and sanitation procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following safety and sanitation procedures
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash
