Seed Breeding Specialist

Zenith Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Seed Breeding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our seed products.

• Seed Processing and Storage: Operate, adjust, and monitor seed processing equipment to meet quality standards, followed by storage of the seeds.
• Warehouse Management: Communicate and document work steps in a warehouse management system to ensure accurate tracking and inventory control.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Breeding and Trials: Assist with the preparation, execution, and harvest of performance trials and multiplication of crops in various departments.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

• Agricultural Education or Experience: Possess an agricultural education or several years of experience in agriculture, preferably in a related role.
• Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license class B, with classes CE, T, and forklift license being desirable.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Conscientious and Careful Work: Exhibit a high level of conscientiousness and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
