Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Experience in oncology nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
