Job Summary:

The Slab Cutting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all slab cutting activities, ensuring slab weights are correct, and maintaining the slab tagging machine. This role requires the ability to operate various machines, including the OS-5, 6A, 6B, 8, 11, and 12. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for slab optimization, general housekeeping, and maintenance as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate OS-5, 6A, 6B, 8, 11, and 12 machines.
  • Oversee all slab cutting operations.
  • Ensure slab weights are correct.
  • Maintain the slab tagging machine.
  • Perform slab optimization.
  • Operate an overhead crane.
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintenance as required.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
