We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Professional to join our team at The Springs of Scottsdale, a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States.

As a senior care specialist, you will provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Our approach is centered around kindness, gentleness, friendliness, and professionalism, while respecting the dignity and privacy of our residents.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to work as part of a team and independently, with a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. We offer a competitive salary, benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off program, holidays, 401k, and more. Additionally, we provide company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement after one year of service, and other learning opportunities.

**Responsibilities:)

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

Requirements:

  • Arizona Certified Caregivers License
  • Food Handlers Card
  • 1st Aid/CPR Card
  • Arizona Fingerprint Level 1 Clearance Card
