Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Addictions Counselor to join our team at Focus Point Behavioral Health. As an Addictions Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve recovery-focused goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Client Documentation: Accurately document client progress notes, treatment plans, intake assessments, and correspondence with other community agencies.
- Group and Individual Sessions: Conduct group and individual sessions with clients to assist them in achieving recovery-focused goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and current records, ensuring high levels of organization and typing skills.
- Student Loan Forgiveness: We offer student loan forgiveness opportunities to eligible candidates.

- Salary and Benefits: Salary is based on level of education/certification and experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.
