Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Generate insurance quotes and be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required within three months, and a Life & Health Insurance license within six months.
- The successful candidate will be confident, self-starter who works well independently and has a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful.
Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000+
