Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics or Ninja Coach to join our team at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy. As a part-time Coach, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and successful program for children of all ages and skill levels.

• Work with our team to provide a positive and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
• Teach preschool and recreational classes, and assist with special events, open gyms, birthday parties, and workshops.
• Assist with community engagement at special events and activities inside and outside of the facility.
• Follow the appropriate curriculum or lesson plan for the level of class you are coaching.
• Maintain an efficient practice rotation schedule to ensure athletes have a positive and empowering experience.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks.
• Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the goals and mission statement of Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy towards the athletes, families, and other team members.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be ready to have fun and make a positive impact on children's lives.
