Overview

As a Pharmacist at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to our customers. This includes processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000-$172,000.*

*This pay range is based on a 40-hour workweek schedule, with prorated ranges for different scheduled hours. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
  • Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
