Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at one of our retail stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers and donors, while also assisting with the sale of merchandise and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors
  • Assist with the sale of merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform general housekeeping and custodial duties as assigned
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Process donations and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Functional reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
