Visual Merchandiser Role Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and effective store displays that capture customers' attention and guide them through the shopping experience.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall presentation of our showroom.
• Manage floor set changes, including introducing new items and removing discontinued ones, to maintain an engaging and dynamic store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Foster a positive and energetic working atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as retail management or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• A keen sense of style and creativity, allowing you to develop innovative and visually stunning display ideas.
• Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• An adaptable and flexible approach, willing to adjust to changing priorities and store environments.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
