Job Summary:
Adena Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care.
- Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records system for patient documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Ability to float to similar units and other locations as needed.
- Every other weekend availability and holiday coverage required.
