Utility Maintenance Specialist Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Utility Maintenance Specialist, focusing on Facilities and Janitorial services.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the upkeep and repair of various building fixtures, including lighting systems, locks, doors, windows, screens, flooring, gutters, and drainage systems.

This role encompasses maintenance tasks related to carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property are maintained to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct regular preventive maintenance to guarantee that all building systems function optimally and that the overall condition of the premises is preserved.

Execute maintenance activities such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to uphold the integrity of the facility.
Perform cleaning and repairs on building fixtures including lighting, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drainage systems.
Complete additional tasks as required.

Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in building or property maintenance.
Familiarity with general maintenance protocols (documentation, safety measures, reporting requirements, regulations, etc.) is essential. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary. Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
