Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by inspecting and servicing our termite eradication bait systems, treating new and existing customer properties for mosquito control, and identifying and presenting solutions to our customers for needed services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and service termite eradication bait systems
• Treat new and existing customer properties for mosquito control
• Identify and present solutions to customers for needed services
• Work in attics and crawl spaces, treat homes and businesses with pesticides in a safe and effective manner

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior 1 year pest/Mosquito/termite control experience required
• Trustworthy, dependable, detail-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good time management skills
• Valid driver's license for the last 3 years, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Work Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Termite Control: 1 year (Preferred)
• Residential Pest/Mosquito control: 1 year (Required)
• Residential Wildlife Control: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• NC Driver's License (Required)

Salary: $48,000.00 per year
