Average Salary: $105,000 annually

Job Description:

As our Chief Connection Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with 50+ potential investors daily, followed by a tried-and-true script to ensure seamless connections. You will also book 30+ appointments weekly, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, and update our CRM with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Stable work history, with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Proven track record of spending most of the day on the phone
  • Experience handling high-volume calls, with 30+ interactions daily
  • Talk time: 5+ hours per day, with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong performance metrics and KPIs, with a history of achievements and recognition
  • Familiarity with defined call flows, scripts, and consequences for non-compliance
  • Data management expertise, with accurate entry of specific data in CRM
  • Ability to make multiple follow-up contacts, with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take and implement feedback in a timely manner
  • Extroverted personality, with confidence and competence on the phone
