About the Role
As an FOH Barista at our cafe, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, grow professionally, and contribute to a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include preparing expertly crafted espresso and tea drinks, supporting the BOH team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality beverages to meet customer expectations.
- Support the BOH team by expediting food orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and positive attitude.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our coffees, teas, foods, and promotions to drive sales and provide informed recommendations.
- Contribute to a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and forearms.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
