**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Baptist Health. This is a part-time, PRN position working days.

The successful candidate will have experience in administering ionizing radiation, maintaining treatment records, and participating in patient care. They will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, monitoring the treatment environment, and contributing to departmental activities.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide high-quality patient care, including administering ionizing radiation and maintaining accurate treatment records.
  2. Maintain treatment equipment in good working order and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  4. Contribute to departmental activities, such as quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Certification as a radiologic technologist qualified in radiation therapy (RTT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Certification by the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy as a Radiation Operator (KBIMRT).
  • BCLS certification.
