Position Overview: The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while adhering to food and beverage laws and regulations. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer intoxication levels and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Uphold a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Communicate current bar promotions and engage in suggestive selling of drinks and food items.
  • Restock essential bar supplies, including dry goods, glassware, juices, sodas, and garnishes.
  • Notify management when inventory supplies are running low.
  • Provide full bar service, specializing in beer and crafted cocktails.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas, including equipment and furniture.
  • Regularly clean bar tables and check seating for spills.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all alcohol and soda dispensing equipment.
  • Accurately record all sales transactions in the register.
  • Welcome customers with a courteous demeanor, ensuring top-notch service.
  • Review inventory discrepancies and document findings for management.
  • Prepare the bar and seating area before service begins.
  • Secure all bar supplies and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
  • Replace empty kegs and report any issues to management.
  • Conduct opening inventory checks and note any discrepancies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and treat all colleagues with respect.
