Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Float Resource RN to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Float Resource RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psycho-social, and pain assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Recognize and report errors and unusual occurrences, analyzing contributing factors and initiating corrective action when necessary.
- Make accurate, complete, and timely entries into the patient medical record, addressing all steps of the nursing process.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
