Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Direct and manage the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Care Delivery: Facilitate the implementation of effective care models and processes, providing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain appropriate staffing levels, emphasizing the importance of safe and efficient care.
- Staff Development: Participate in recruitment efforts, onboarding of new hires, and contribute to performance evaluations and recommendations for promotions or terminations.
