About the Team:

  • Our Revenue Cycle Training team is dedicated to providing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our revenue cycle team members.
  • We use a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, simulation, group discussions, videos, e-learning, and lectures, to engage learners and promote knowledge retention.
  • Our team works closely with Instructional Designers to develop and refine training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  • We prioritize continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that our team members have the latest industry knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in adult education or healthcare revenue cycle with demonstrated training skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse constituencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present conclusions and recommendations in front of groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications quickly.
