Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for creating a positive store experience, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and executing operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer service standards.
  • Maintain a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store environment.
  • Ensure merchandise is filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Build a repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly and consistently.
  • Effectively maintain zone coverage and acknowledge every customer within the zone.
Personal Qualities:
  • Represent the company image through personal and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
  • Communicate concerns to management.
  • Maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor.

Operational Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity.
  • Execute opening and closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
  • Comply with visual presentation standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain store organization, fixtures, hardware, and general cleanliness.
