Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Artesia General Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
