Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering safe and competent speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of speech therapy.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise the work of support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in communicative disorder/speech-language pathology from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited educational program.
  • One year of relevant job-related experience.
  • Current Florida Speech Therapist license. Provisional license may be accepted.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Current Florida class E driver license.
