Position Overview

Your Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Property Leasing Consultant. In this position, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, collaborating with fellow leasing team members to foster relationships with prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and implement innovative marketing strategies for our community. Additionally, you will support the property manager in resident interactions, which includes guiding applicants through the application and move-in procedures, addressing any resident concerns, and facilitating lease renewals. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales abilities both in-person and over the phone, and be available to work on weekends.

Expectations for Success:

  • A strong desire to learn and advance within the property management sector, with an eagerness to take on more responsibilities.
  • A robust sales mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both current and prospective residents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective interaction with residents and office personnel.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential; candidates must be available to work weekends.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
