Perfusionist Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Perfusionist to join our team at Epic Cardiovascular Staffing. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our perfusion team to deliver high-quality services.

• Lead a team of perfusionists to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in perfusion technology and techniques.

• Board Certification (ABCP) required.
• Previous chief experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Belleville, Illinois, or the surrounding area.
