Barista | Hustle

Hustle & Dough is a bakery and cafe located at ARRIVE Memphis, offering a wide range of coffee drinks, small bites, and other refreshments.

We're seeking an upbeat and skilled barista to join our team at Hustle & Dough. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe and bar areas
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with the cafe team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
• Learn and implement new menu items and promotions

• 1+ year of experience as a barista or in a related role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
