We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a Patient Service Center or Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you'll provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company. You'll also have opportunities for continuous growth and professional development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Collect payments and process billing information as needed
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Requirements:

This role requires a valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or an application filed with the Washington Department of Health at the time of hire. Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred, as is a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
