Job Title: Functional and Testing Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Functional and Testing Expert to join our team at Hamdan Resources, LLC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, as well as expertise in configuration management and testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a configuration management plan to ensure seamless integration of software configurations and customization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create software configuration and customization that meets business process design and application requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional capabilities for one or more applications within the Oracle HR and EBS environment.
  • Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts to ensure effective change management.
  • Develop requirements and process capabilities to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Manage the creation and quality of deliverables to ensure high-quality results.
Clearance:
  • Active Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • 3+ years of experience serving as SME support.
  • 3+ years of experience with various testing methods.
