About the Role

The Cardiology PACS Administrator is a critical position within our organization, responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Radiology PACS System. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless integration of our imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Cardiology and Information Technology departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software programs and hardware issues.
  • Manage user administration, chart correction, and build and modify hemo procedures and settings.
  • Administer EA Archive and Merge Cardio and Hemo Administration.
  • Develop and implement analytical solutions to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project management and SQL reporting.
  • Provide first-line support for clinical staff to reduce downtime and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and EA setup for Philips Epic US carts.
  • Support knowledge of Philips X-Ray modalities, IT networking principles, and HL7 interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Strong computer background and experience with Radiology and PACS systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Epic Radiant and St Jude EP system.
  • Knowledge of SQL reporting and project management.
  • Understanding of clinical Epic workflow and troubleshooting.
  • Windows 10 knowledge and administration.
  • Knowledge of IT networking principles and concepts.
