We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Multi Campus Float Pool Staff RN position. As an RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
Job SummaryThe Multi Campus Float Pool Staff RN will be responsible for providing professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including ICU and other acute care areas.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
