  • Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping as needed.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of glassware, silverware, condiments, and dishware to ensure seamless service.
  • Keep designated service stations clean and well-stocked to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.
  • Respond promptly to any spills or messes to prevent accidents and maintain a clean environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server Assistant, Food Runner, or other entry-level restaurant position is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Able to lift heavy trays and other items and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
