Job Summary

BGT Interior Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and growing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the multifamily construction industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a comprehensive range of interior finishes, including countertops, flooring, and wall tile. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and presenting new products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Range

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
