Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at King's Seafood Company, Inc.

• Opening Duties: Complete assigned opening duties to ensure a smooth start to the service period.
• Guest Service: Take food and beverage orders from guests, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Order Input: Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system to maintain efficient service.
• Documentation: Legibly document orders when the point-of-sale system is inoperative and communicate with the expeditor to ensure seamless service.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the expeditor, restaurant staff, and other team members to provide exceptional service to guests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
