Job Description

As a Sales Management Trainee with Modern District Financial, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team of experienced professionals to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and services, including Medicare Supplements, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and Fixed/Equity Indexed Annuities. Our clients trust us to help them navigate the complexities of the financial industry, and we're committed to providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Sales Management Trainee with Modern District Financial, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
