Ultrasound Technologist PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our Imaging Team at HCA Florida South Shore Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine diagnostic sonographic procedures with precision and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and radiologists regarding findings, patient histories, and test results.
Requirements:
  • General Ultrasound experience preferred, with a focus on Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular procedures.
  • Graduate of an accredited program for radiographers or ultra-sonographers.
  • RDMS Abdomen Specialty or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) certification required within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
