ARS Gatekeeper/Checkpoint

Professional Transportation Services Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented ARS Gatekeeper/Checkpoint to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient flow of vehicles and personnel in and out of our customer facility.

• Maintain awareness and organization within the auto yard facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.
• Conduct visual inspections of IDs and log all visitor transactions on company-provided documentation.
• Verify and scan driver truck load sheets and vehicle bay tags before exiting the facility.
• Perform administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and assisting employees and customers with questions.
• Ensure compliance with facility and company rules, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to maintain eRail certification credentials as required by the railroad.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to work in all outdoor conditions, including rain, snow, ice, heat, wind, and cold.
• Must be able to see and hear moving equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
