Rehabilitation Counselor

Arrowleaf is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in Southern Illinois.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field and qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP). You will be responsible for providing outreach and direct service to consumers in the community, assessing barriers to accessing services, and maintaining networking and referral contacts with other human service providers.

As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you will also be responsible for completing PATH enrollment documentation and records accurately in the electronic health record system and internal tracking systems. You will provide crisis intervention to stabilize clients' conditions by utilizing short-term crisis intervention techniques and/or referral to other support services.
