Responsibilities- Assist with the psychosocial aspects of acute care, ensuring comprehensive support for patients and their loved ones.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide emotional support and connect patients with community resources to promote optimal well-being.
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and supportive work environment.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Negotiable salary, estimated to be around $70,000 per year.
