The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) stands as one of the most forward-thinking sectors within Caterpillar. Our focus remains steadfast on our clients, aiding them in their mission to enhance the world. We engage with nearly every aspect of the service value chain, from sourcing to design, manufacturing, and distribution. PSLD oversees Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement, and the design and production of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) as well as Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids, and Filters).
Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring that inventory availability for designated clients is met within the specified time constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing that inventory availability for assigned clients is fulfilled within the designated timeframe.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients.
- Collaborating with clients to address concerns and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Responding to schedule releases and following up to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensuring prompt delivery and availability of components to meet client needs.
- Precision and Detail Orientation: Recognizing the importance of accuracy; capable of executing tasks with high precision.
- Team Collaboration: Familiarity with collaborative strategies; able to engage with diverse individuals and groups constructively.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Understanding of methods and tools for identifying, anticipating, and resolving operational or procedural challenges; adept at applying problem-solving skills to various situations.
- Client Relationship Management: Knowledge of processes and techniques for effectively managing business interactions and transactions with clients of product components; ability to translate related knowledge and skills into practical applications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
