About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping children diagnosed with autism achieve their full potential.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, conducting, and evaluating behavioral assessment measures, developing individualized goals and objectives, and designing behavior support plans. You will also train and support behavior therapists, conduct parent training and consultation, and complete re-assessments and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and conduct behavioral assessment measures, such as VB-MAPP and Vineland
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Train and support behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation
  • Complete re-assessments and reports
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings
  • Agree to complete 28 hours of patient care time each work week
  • Complete documentation of services in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Licensed as a BCBA
  • At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • One year experience working with children on the spectrum
