Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Liv Communities LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office, common areas, and model apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • General cleaning of common building hallways, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
  • General cleaning of clubhouse, leasing, and management office, including dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • Weekly cleaning of model apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting
  • Daily cleaning of clubhouse/common restrooms, including sanitizing and restocking supplies
  • Weekly cleaning of fitness/exercise room, including dusting and vacuuming
  • General cleaning of meeting room and mail room as needed
  • Daily inspections of common areas and community amenities to ensure they are in good condition
  • Administrative tasks, including completing checklists and time sheets
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk around the property several times daily, up to 10 miles
  • Ability to climb several flights of stairs several times daily
  • Good hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency
  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of one approved fair housing seminar within one year, and every two years thereafter
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
